Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receive the last item of your order. If the withdrawal period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must initiate your request through your customer account at https://account.ichibutu.com before the withdrawal period expires.

Returning Your Order

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise.

Exemptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods, such as sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
